Monday 15th Feb. – Sunday 21st February 2021
All money raised will go to the St Dunstan’s PTFA, a registered charity which supports the education of children at St Dunstan’s C of E school.
ABOUT
Due to the impact of restrictions imposed by COVID-19 St Dunstan’s PTFA have been unable to hold a number of our usual fundraising and school community events over the past 12 months.
Intent on finding another way to bring our community together, whilst observing social distancing, we have come up with the idea of a Safari Walk.
To locate our safari animals, we have created an interactive map, however there is no set route for the walk, and the event is being held over half term to enable everyone to sensibly and safely adhere to COVID-19 guidelines, whilst viewing the artwork created by the school community.
HOW TO TAKE PART ...
Creating a safari animal
For the three weeks prior to the walk families and friends from the St Dunstan's community are invited to make colourful 2D and 3D animal sculptures to be displayed in windows and/or outside their homes for the ‘safari walk’.
No creature is too big or too small!
