Tier 3 Restrictions - What This Means For Cheam Parish

As you will be aware, Greater London is moving to Tier 3 at 0.01am on Wednesday 16th January. This is the highest level of restrictions to help suppress the spread of Covid-19. This means that the virus is spreading rapidly. For details of these restrictions, please click here.

Places of worship can continue to be open within Tier 3. We will, therefore, still offer our regular weekly in person and online services as well as our Christmas services as planned. We continue to ask people to book a place in advance.

We ask that you all take extra care at this time to stay safe. If you are in a vulnerable category, please reflect on whether attending a service in person is sensible. Although we are following government and Church of England guidelines, we cannot guarantee a totally Covid-19 secure environment in our buildings.

Whilst at church, please make sure that you do not mix with anyone outside your household and follow social distancing advice at all times. If you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms you should follow government rules about isolation and must not come to church.

With all best wishes

Nick and Beth
